2024 John deere gator clutch problems

Gear Grinding Fixed. I tried quite a few things (mostly cleaning and idle adjustments) to get the transmission to stop spinning at idle speeds. It has to be in the front (engine) clutch pulley, but I really didn't want to go there. I decided to make a brake for the rear pulley. It is pretty elementary but seems to work.. I've gotten one of their aftermarket Rapid Response clutches and the weights and spring are for a gas engine which tend to have a wider RPM range than a diesel. Square off and de-burr the ends, but don't round them over.
